All you need is: baked and frosted cupcakes toothpicks pull and peel licorice Just cut your licorice into 1/8-1/4 inch pieces, then peel apart. Lay them on the frosted cupcakes to look like stitching. When you get to the end, tie a longer piece of licorice on a toothpick to look like the needle and thread.
