Bzz: about.me

I'm a Bzz Agent. That's where you get to try out free stuff just for sharing your opinion about it. Saaa-weet! (You can become a Bzz Agent too, just click here.)

There's a newish site called about.me. If you have an about.me page, you can link up ALL of your social media sites with a totally customizable background picture and bio. Cool, right?

While the whole concept sounds pretty cool to me, and I love the streamlined look of my page, I'm not sure exactly how useful it is to me. Personally, I'm not on that many social networking sites (although I was surprised to see about.me didn't include Pinterest!), and the few that I am on are already linked together. I thought I'd try to make it my Me page on my blog and see how I like it.

I can see about.me being really useful for people who:
a. are connected with lots of social networking sites. It is like a hub for all of them.
b. need one link to add to their business cards. It would be really great for authors, artists, actors, etc.
If you're interested, you can sign up for an about.me page, and receive MOO business cards for free (for a limited time).

I've been getting so many spam comments lately, I've decided to disable "anonymous commenting" for a while. Sorry for any difficulty!
