Swagbucks.com
Have you heard of Swagbucks? It's an online "portal" where you can search, shop, and browse all while earning "digital dollars" which you can redeem in the Swagbucks store. They have ALL kinds of merchandice, but they also have gift certificates (like to Amazon.com where you can buy whatever you want!). Sometimes they have deals on certain things... so you can snag them with a small number of swagbucks.
For example...just today, I heard about swagbucks.com, and signed up earning me $30 swagbucks. Then I installed the toolbar to earn one more, and to make it easier for me to search on their engine. Instead of typing in www.facebook.com, I just typed in "facebook" to the search engine, and earned 11 more swagbucks. (My running total is now 42.) I tried a few more searches, but I didn't win anything. Then I installed the swagbucks.com widget to the bottom of this blog (scroll all the way to the bottom and you'll find it), and clicked a few of the buttons. After clicking "swag code" button, it gave me a code worth 9 more swagbucks. I went into my account and added it in. Now I have 51 swagbucks... only 399 more and I can get myself a $5 gift card to Amazon.com.
Okay. That all sounds like a lot of work, but honestly I use google's search engine all the time to get to websites and find what I'm looking for. I figure, I can just do it on swagbucks.com's engine first (earning myself more bucks)... and if I don't find what I'm looking for, I can go back to google. Heck, it's just doing stuff I do regularly anyway, why not get paid for it?!
They also have a "Shop and Earn Mall" with links to stores online where I'm sure you already shop if you're an online shopper. Just check there first before making your purchase, and you can earn swagbucks at the same time.
Check it out: swagbucks.com.
