Spring Cookies

Aren't these the cutest things you've ever seen?!

Well, they're super easy to make.

12 oz. white chocolate or melt aways
Food coloring

1. In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate on low heat stirring often. Once the chocolate is smooth and creamy, pour into a muffin tin. Divide the chocolate up according to how many colors you want to use. I did four colors. Turn the burner off, and set your muffin tin on top to help keep the chocolate from hardening while you work.
2. Add a few drops of food coloring and stir until completely mixed. Dip each Oreo halfway in the chocolate, shake to flatten (so you have a smooth chocolate top) then add sprinkles. Set them aside to let the chocolate completely harden.
